At the same time, as the development of Internet's technology and business, fixed-mobile convergence and network IP-lization have become a trend.The popular using of P2P technology, Large-scale application of 3G business network and diversification of communication services, these reasons make it that bring P2P technology to mobile core network become a hotly research point. For this reason, more and more research organizations has made a progress in this field, but there has not formed a standard system until now. At last a system model based P2P technology will be proposed.Then the paper gives a detail description on this solution from network module and function introduction, improvement for algorithm, load balancing aspects and also gives a simulative demo, at the same time, a experiment on load balancing proves the theory to be available.At last, based research of the whole system, we introduce the design of calling system's process based on P2P technology of core network.Network structure and improvement for P2P's key technology provide a good solution for deployment of future global networks, and we have already verified their good performance by experiments and simulations. In the future, we believe that more careful and in-depth research is worth doing on P2P technology based core network, at the same time, it will make big contributions to the network's development.
