Research On Decision Method Of Evidence Theory In Formal Context

With the rapid development of modern information technology, especially the popularization of Internet technology, there is an increasing amount of data that is stored. Therefore, developing a new technology which can get implicit, underlying, useful information from the huge data to provide evidence for decision is an urgent issue. Furthermore, Intelligent Information Processing Technology faces new severe challenges, effective measures should be taken to deal with this problem.The Formal Concept Analysis is the effective tool which excavates knowledge from data. Concept Lattices is the core dada construction of the Formal Concept Analysis which gives a reflection from Formal Context. The Formal Context is the basis of the Formal Concept Analysis. This article is mainly discussing the Evidence Theory Decision Analysis method based on the study object of formal context and the study tool of evidence theory. The main contributions include:Research on decision method of Evidence Theory based on Fuzzy Decision Formal Context. After discussing the theory of the Fuzzy Decision Formal Context, this paper introduced the Level Fuzzy Decision Formal Context systematically. Because the attribute value of Fuzzy Formal Cecision Context is continuous, this paper points out a novel method of evidence acquirement and combination based on Fuzzy Decision Formal Context. Firstly, given the instance of evidence, this paper makes the Fuzzy Formal Decision Context in to Level Fuzzy Decision Formal Context. Secondly, we acquire the evidences based on Level Fuzzy Decision Formal Context, at the same time, we present two new conceptions:attribute importance and evidence support. They are used to calculate weight of evidence. Finally, through the rules of evidence combination, we get decision-making results. And discussing the specific application about the ways of Evidence Theory decision analysis which is based on Fuzzy Decision Formal Context.Research on decision method of Evidence Theory based on Rough Decision Formal Context.After discussing the theory of the Rough Decision Formal Context, this paper introduced the Rough Decision Formal Context systematically. Have discussed the relation between rough sets and concept lattices, and we make use of the upper approximation and the lower approximation of rough sets describing the attribute of the concept lattice. According to the characteristics of the Rough Decision Formal Context, this paper proposes two different methods of evidence acquirement.One is under compatibility relation:The other is under non-symmetric similarity relation, and then, the given example proves the feasibility of these methods.
