With the continuous development of computer technology, the rapid increase of computer processing speed, whether the computer can defeat the human brain has become a topic of interest. As early as the fifties of the twentieth century, Shannon and Turing described the chess game program, and in chess games on the way, launched a challenge to human intelligence. Half a century, the design of human-computer game program has become a hot research of many scholars, and has made remarkable achievements in the study of complete information game.In recent years, artificial intelligence is one of the important areas in people's research, and computer game is an important branch of artificial intelligence research. In artificial intelligence, a large number of results derived from the research of human-machine game, had a significant impact on a wider range of areas. We can grasp the core of human intelligent behavior through grasping the essence of chess. Therefore, the research on the problem of human-computer game has a great significance. As the 3G era, the procedures based on J2ME have a great prospect. In Japan, the United States and other countries that are popular with 3G communication, mobile phone games are a lot of users. The wave of ANDROID mobile terminal operating system launched by Google swept across the world, and broke the situation of Nokia's Symbian system dominating the smart phone operating system. Therefore, through the study of J2ME, it can lay the foundation to master the development of ANDROID system.Othello is invented by a British in the late 19th century, also known as Apple chess and flip chess, which is a classic strategic game. In foreign countries, Othello is a popular game, its features of simple rules, proficient complex, diverse and interesting and so on, is very popular. The game is suitable for all ages and a variety of occupations, and time-consuming short, we can play anytime, anywhere. Therefore, the Othello mobile terminal is suitable for people to play on a bus or in other leisure time.As this background, through the study of the related technologies about human-computer game, as well as understanding of the status of human-computer game, Because of the simple rules of Othello, this paper constructed a reasonable game background for the game, so as to enhanced visual effects, thereby enhancing the artistic effect and the playability of the game. The main research work is as follows:(1) Systematic studied and researched the related theoretical knowledge about human-computer game.(2) The system overview is given from four profiles, which are the design of game background, the MIDLET framework of the game, the game on the canvas, and the development and runtime environmental of the system.(3) The paper designed the system. This paper gave design thinking, flow of the program and key variables involved in the algorithm, and logic judgments on the process in accordance with the game rules, including logic to judge of eating, logic to judge of expanded store-opening, logic to judge of supposing eating, logic to judge of assuming expanded store-opening, logic to judge whether the game can continue and the main function AIset of the game AI.(4) According to the system's overall design, this paper presented the detailed desigr of each part, and gave the results of this system on the simulator of Sony Ericsson.Taking into account the application of this system mainly for the majority of mobile phone users, therefore, in the whole design process of the functions of this system, this paper seeks to design the interface to be people-oriented, allows users to easily grasp and use the system.Through the realization of this system, Othello game designed in this paper can be run well on the emulator of Sony Ericsson, basically meeting the user's requirements.
