With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, the mobile phones have become indispensable in people's life. How to guarantee the safety of the communication system and be reliable to provice users with the normal services have become hot issues. However, researches on current mobile communication system in this field mainly focus on data decryption and secure transmission, but less on user's trust problems. Therefore, it's highly theoretically valuable and practical to develop a kind of effective trust system. The development of access control technology and trust model provides good ideas and direction for establishing trust mechanism in mobile communication systems. The combination of access control technology and trust model can make good use of the structure characteristic of existing mobile communication system to solve the trust problem in mobile phone users. Thus, how to effectively combine the two technologies to develop the trust system is the key point.Access control technology and trust model both have some deficiencies and limited applications. Static characteristics and difficulties in cross-domain interoperations in traditional access control model and the combination of trust model and mobile communication environment will greatly hindered the development of trust system. In this article, a novel RBAC model based on trust computation, including cross-domain inter-operation model, inter-domain inter-operation model and quatitative behavior trust model, has been established to make access control technology and trust model better fit the mobile communication system. This paper divides the inter-domain through differentiation of trust domains and types in the mobile communication services, improvement of RBAC96 model and introduction of quantitative model of trust. In cross-domain operation process, through improvement of IRBAC2000 model, a new cross-domain inter-operation model based upon recommended roles and cross-domain trust was proposed, which highly simplified cross-domain mapping process and better solved the problems of minimum authority, duty separation and domain traversing by operations of obtaining intersection sets on roles. Finally, in this article, simulation analysis was implemented for the proposed quantitative behavior trust model and the results were compared with Sporas Model. Through establishing prototype system, all the proposed models in this paper were designed and implemented in a simulated actual operation environment.
