This topic has studied miniature pulse-powered electro-optical inversion switch for test system low power consumption requirement of memory testing technology. This is a new switch which is suitable for the volume production and does not need the artificial contact operation, has the characteristics of low voltage actuation, low power consumption, small volume, time delay function.The micro switch is the key of storage test system's power control.In actual memory test procedure, There are such examples that test experiment failed because that inversion switch did not make test system being on normal electricity. Faced with the high cost of test experiment, the reliability of switch is very urgent and necessary to be raised.This topic has designed a set of detection system for the inversion switch's reliability. This system can satisfy the demands about reliability check test conducts more than 1000 times and each time lasts one minute inversion test each in high,low and normal temperatures environmental conditions.This system selects the low power motor, can drive inversion switch to simulate its work process,sample and store the various output signal of inversion switch,and it can also use computer to analyze data comprehensively.This kind method of reliability check test provides the foundations for acceptance of inversion switch and further improvement.This method also provides a new thinking for the research on reliability of other electronic products.The following aspects of this paper are proposed:First, the subject introduces the miniature pulse-powered electro-optical inverts switch's research backgroundand significance, describes its design process and work principle; researches on every module of switch, including mechanism design and photoelectric apparatus's choice and software design in detail; describes its production steps and attention technology question; According to the features of different signals, the subject sets detecting reliability's overall plan, detection system 's function request and performance index.Second, the subject puts forward and proved a new reliability test research ideas,studies detection system's mechanism design, hardware and software design, intruduces sampling strategy, data storage way, active status design and specific detection system circuit of different signals; as well as computer softpanel's design, emphatically introduces test data integration analysis function.Finally, the subject makes artificial performance testing and intelligent testing of test system of miniature pulse-powered electro-optical inversion switch on different temperature environment; through integration analysis of testing data, the paper Verifies switch's reliability and detection system's rationality and accuracy, and finds out the exact reasons influence switch's reliability.
