Digital watermarking technology plays more and more important role in copyrightprotection, information not visible communication, the authentication security, digitalfingerprints, contents identify, use control etc. Therefore, the research of a better digitalwatermarking model has important theoretical significance and practical value.The paper firstly performances of multiple chaos systems are analyzed and comparedwith each other, Secondly, the binary sequences of the chaotic systems are generated and therandomness and relevance of the binary sequences are analyzed. The binary sequencesgenerated by the Qi chaotic system have good randomness and relevance; According to thebasic knowledge analysis of the watermark image encryption and Chaotic- Neural Networksmodel is analyzed, watermark image encryption algorithm based on chaotic neural network ispresented, through the experiment proves the feasibility of the model; Then based on the basicframework of digital watermarking technology, the Fourier transform watermarkingalgorithm based on Chaotic Neural Networks is presented, it firstly the original imagerepresents the Fourier transform, the watermark image again with chaotic neural networksystem for scrambling. At the same time, chaos and neural network system produce asequence as key, after embedding algorithm is proposed, get the watermark image;Experimental results show that by testing on multiple images, the algorithms are with goodrobustness.
