In this paper, some new sufficient conditions are obtained for the dynamic behavior of delayed fuzzy neural networks. The following are the main works:The first chapter is preface part. It mainly introduces the research background and the history of delayed fuzzy neural networks, gives an overview about the domestic and overseas scholars'research achievements and summarizes the innovation points of this thesis. The second chapter discusses the robust stability of fuzzy cellular neural networks. By employing Lyapunov approach, some sufficient conditions are derived for the robust stability of fuzzy neural networks with time-varying delay. Some examples are given to show the effectiveness of results. The third chapter discusses the exponential stability of delayed fuzzy cellular neural networks with different activation functions. The results are expressed in the form of linear matrix inequality. The fourth chapter presents the some criteria on the uniform boundedness and point dissipativeness of fuzzy neural networks with variable coefficients and time-varying delays. The fifth chapter sums up the thesis and puts forward some problems which need to be studied further.
