TD-SCDMA is the third generation mobile communication (3G) international standards which drafted by China. In 2000, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) formally adopted it as the globally recognized international standards for the third generation of mobile communications. In the strong support of Government and telecom operators, the work of TD-SCDMA network construction is in full swing. With the development of network construction, assessing the quality of service provided by the wireless network is very important. To measure service quality from the user's perception will be a trend.Audio delay is an important user's experience index for measuring the quality of 3G video phone services and voice services. It has a pivotal role in measuring the quality of the wireless network. How to obtain the audio delay has become an urgent problem of assessing the quality of 3G video telephony and voice services. In this context, this paper took the speech recognition technology into the quality testing of TD-SCDMA network to solve the problem of obtaining of the audio delay in the evaluation of 3G network service quality. With the "DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SPEECH RECOGNITION Module IN TD-SCDMA TEST SYSTEM" as research focus, this paper mainly finished the following work:1) Researches the development and needs of current assessment quality of the wireless business.2) Studies the structure and basic theory of the speech recognition system.3) Studies and improved current method of speech recognition systems.4) Analyses the status of TD-SCDMA network test software, designed and implemented the speech recognition modules.5) Finally, the thesis shows the deficiencies of the speech recognition modules and the goals in the future.
