Along with the common and rapid development of Internet, more and more advanced Internet application is introduced then. As we can see, While Internet brings us massive convenient and rapid service. At the same time, Internet has also become the carrier of the illegal information. The sharply-expanding illegal information through Internet do harm to public and society. Therefore, it is very necessary to audit the roaming Internet content throughout the Internet. A task of top priority is making research on related technology of the Internet content security audit system.This paper mainly focuses on the topic of analyzing the content of IP network service. In this paper, we design and implement an Internet content security audit system which is for short ICSA. By using the system, user could monitor and manage the passing Internet content, and furthermore could alert, log or refuse according to the instruction. The system has been tested and proved that it can work well for the HTTP service and email service. Firstly, this paper makes a basic introduction and an analysis on packet-capturing, session-recombining and pattern-matching, which are the key technology. And then, according to these technologies and improved design method, we create and complete an efficient and flexible audit system. Thirdly, having the ideal of distributed system of multiple ICSA machine, we design an effective scheduling distribution algorithm in the distribution-scheduling machine, which distributes the packets to multiple audit machine and accordingly reduces the burden of single audit system. This will sharply improve the reliability and scalability of audit system. Finally, we make prospect on the further development of system towards more intelligent and more efficient level.
