With the increase of the transmission rate of users, the mobile communication system must be broad-band. In order to use frequency resource effectively and have system performance gain with users' QoS satisfied, it is very necessary to design a nice resource scheduling scheme.In this paper, resource scheduling schemes in both LTE and LTE-A systems are studied. For LTE, we develop a distributed sub-carrier allocation algorithm with a low complexity in OFDMA multi-cell system, which is decomposed into two sub-problems:inter-cell and intra-cell sub-carrier allocation. During inter-cell process, based on time-variant characteristics and performance differences between cells of sub-carriers, each base station applies Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) to dynamically choose available sub-carriers, which contributes to reduce co-channel interference. According to pheromone associated with channel capacity, the probability of choosing sub-carrier with better capability is higher. Then during intra-cell process, each base station sufficiently use multi-user diversity to satisfy all users'QoS requirements and greatly increase system throughput.For LTE-A, we propose a distributed negotiation scheme according to SU-CoMP. Through the negotiation process between the serving e-NB and other e-NBs in coordination set, the CoMP cluster and frequency resources for users are decided. In this way, the most gain of UE-specific clustering can be got with low scheduling complexity.In this paper, we propose distributed schemes for different systems, which can reduce the algorithm complexity and get more performance gain according to traditional schemes.
