According to the related articles from domestic and abroad, the research on orientation of word-level is weak. People recognize the orientation of word by semantic dictionary usually which apply to the research on orientation of sentence-level or article-level later. In this article, we focus on the establishment of orientated value based on the polarity. Getting the polarity value in context by means of calculating the semantic relevance, semantic similarity degree and large-scale statistical. The experiments show that the methods of getting polarity value in this text are reasonable and meaningful. We can expand the dictionary by those methods. In addition, the polarity value is very credible, because we may obtain the sentence-orientation easily by adding the polarity value within a sentence after setting the weight of conjunction.
