In recent years, with the rapid development of vegetable industry, greenhouse vegetable planting industry has attracted more and more attention. At present, the greenhouse automatic measurement and control system has already been applied in industries of vegetable planting. In order to promote the development of winter vegetable industry, the paper has researched a kind of system for winter vegetable based on the further understanding of domestic and foreign greenhouse measurement system. This system is extensible, low cost, low power consumption and suitable for general farmers in china.The measurement and control system for winter vegetable production consists of data acquisition sensor node, equipment switch node, routing node and control node. Data acquisition sensor node collected environment information by the temperature and humidity sensors, light sensors, then the information would be transmitted to routing node. Routing node is responsible for transmitting the collected information to other routing node, and eventually to the control node. Control node is responsible for analyzing data, statistics and management, then transmits the received environment information to management personnel through the PC. In the same time, the control node feedback information to routing node, then the routing node transmits control commands to equipment switching node. Equipment switching node is responsible for controlling working conditions of environmental equipment, so as to create a suitable environment of vegetable production. Firstly, the paper put forward a kind of wireless sensor networks framework based on the Mesh network, introduced the RF wireless communication technology and the key network protocol of networking. Secondly, mainly introduces software and hardware design of the four nodes, and designed hardware circuit principle diagram, software flow chart in detail. Again, in order to control the greenhouse temperature and humidity effectively, system is widely used the 2-d fuzzy control algorithm. Finally, through repeated testing and debugging, it basically finished data acquisition and control of the greening house, which achieved the purpose we wished.The measurement and control system the paper designed is a kind of efficient agriculture technology to save energy, improve the quality and production of vegetables. It can use the advanced technology to change the environmental factors the vegetable growth, adjust the growth cycle, achieved a suitable environment and improve the economic benefit. It has many advantages, such as convenient installation, low operation cost, low power consumption, network flexible, large scope of monitoring and reliable communication. It effectively solved a lot of problems of the traditional greenhouse, such as poor management, wasting human resource, wiring complex, realized high quality, efficient and low production of vegetables and increased the economic benefit of farmers.
