With the rapid development of social and economic, radar applications become more widely, either defense or civilian fields, radar technology has become an indispen-sable high-tech. Radar signal is the echo signal which when radar detects the objects would produce, is the base of the target detection, location, identification and other processing. How to effectively collect, record, transmit and display radar signal determ-ines the radar's value between areas of national defense and civilian application.Think of the rapid development of network technology, in this paper, it proposed a radar transmission system based on internet real-time mechanism. The aim is to impro-ve the convenience of the radar signal transmission by internet's wide network coverage, and indirectly enhance the radar application. The system includes:radar signal's acquis-ition, signal preprocessing, signal compression and signal's adaptive transmission.The paper use the appropriate approach to deal with four key parts of the system: According to the characteristics of radar signals, the paper design of a special interface circuit for radar signal acquisition, including the timing conversion of position pulse signal; Part of signal pre-processing is to solve the clutter problem in signal. Thinking of the effect and complexity of the algorithm, the paper use CFAR processing methods to improve the SNR; Part in signal compression, strong correlation within the image and among the images, the paper gives a coding method which draw on the existing image and video compression methods based on wavelet transform. The complexity of the network environment leads to a strict requirement of data stream. Meantime, effective data stream control to ensure effective real-time transmission. Thus the paper find an effective solution which called EZW encoding method by combining image and video's scalable coding theory, this method is by controlling the quality of encoded image to control the size of data stream; Finally, the paper discusses the real-time transform based on streaming media technology, and discusses the principle of the real-time transport protocol RTP/RTCP. For various parts of the above, the paper completes the design of the interface circuit, achieves clutter suppression of the radar signal, achieves the single image's compression effectively. It discussed the feasibility of real-time transmission of signal through the internet at last.
