The robot auxiliary surgical techniques is used in precision surgeon of high requirements in skull surgery , the techniques can complete 3D reconstruction with the skull and collect the skull parts of the original data , thus for the doctor provides a virtual surgery object , for surgical planning and virtual surgery , this is unable to realize for the traditional surgery . In order to deal with the requirements of robot assisted surgery in precision and speed is higher, Improve the 3D reconstruction speed and accuracy is particularly important , using the Color-encoded structure light and the stripe center extraction combined technique of light , not only improves the precision of 3D reconstruction based on this , but also improves the speed of 3d reconstruction . In the three-dimensional reconstruction system, the accuracy of stripe center extraction is directly influences the accuracy of the 3D reconstruction , So the methods in research on the stripe center extraction is particular importance .The main study includs the following several aspects.First, this paper first studied stripe coding method , the Color-encoded structure light and stripe to projection technologies combining structure light , not only solved the problem that is difficult to distinguish each stripe, but also retained the fringe of the measurement method of light speed advantage.Second, based on this acquisition streaking images , then the key of research is the color stripe center extraction method. according to the characteristics of collecting images, design the extraction process of stripe of image processing scheme center, In experiments found ,due to the environment and people's skin color effects, collecting images will exist partial color problem, so needed to stripe image image enhancement, the whole slant dark in image, this article histogram equalization separately color image through three channels for, then brighten the color image by synthesizing the three channels, in order to save the image processing time, this article converting gray image into color images , dealing to the Grayscale image with noise filter. Third, according to the obvious features that image stripe edge after the Image enhancement, then this paper puts forward the image edge extraction, using the extract edge centerline to achieve the purpose of extracting stripe center. Based on extracting the edge image, This paper studies the extraction of the laser stripes center method, and improved the laser stripes the geometric center detection method, extract of fringe center line .The experiment shows the method in this paper extraction stripe single pixel degree is high, breakpoint less ,center well .It lay a good foundation for 3D reconstruction of robot– assisted surgey.
