| The electric power drag control system develops rapidly in our country. It is more widespread in industrial application and now playing the vital role. The direct current motor may control speed smoothly in the wide range and has good starting and braking performance. The direct current motor system is very mature in the fundamental research and practice. Take the DC speed control system as the example, according to classical control theoretical we usually adopt the engineering design method. We mainly choose suitable regulator and then correct the original system to typical Systemâ… orâ… .Generally speaking, we use a series connection compensation method. If we use modern control theory to design, we mainly use the state feedback but not the output feedback structure. Of course ,the two methods are both have their respective merit and deficiency.This article in view of the above the advantages and disadvantages of two methods presents a new type of electric power drag control system design method. The system is designed on modern control theory and then implemented through classic method of equivalent transformation of structure. This new method take the advantages of above two methods to make the system design the parameter more freedom and control better.Firstly, make sure the speed DC motor's mathematical model in the system. Secondly,according to the modern control theory design the control system by adopting the output feedback and the state feedback structure. Finally, get the corresponding formula of the parameter calculated.Then, simulate in"MATLAB/SIMULINK"platform for this new design method .Compare the traditional design method with the new one on the analysis of the performance against interference. Due to the simulation results and the theoretical analysis results are the same, prove that the method is effective.Finally,do the physical experiment in the new method and test the practical circuit repeatedly. Get the startup waveform and disturbances waveform of the system from the oscilloscope.
