In the beginning, OLED has been recognized as at a very promising display technologies, whether molecule or polymer devices, and was a very significant to the academic research and our society. Among many conductive polymers, Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxyth) and poly (styrenesulfonate) has been widely used in the preparation of OLED device. In order to simplify the procedure and reduce the time, we introduce the "all solution processed". So the detailed work was subdivided into three parts as followed:Firstly, Al was used as cathode. By changing the annealing temperature and time of PFO to influence its shape, then enhance the luminous intensity and efficiency of PFO. The luminous intensity and emission efficiency of PFO was increased with annealing temperature from 70℃to 180℃. At this time we used polarizing microscope to scan the surface of PEO, also we have find the discipline with the annealing temperature.Secondly, as the conductivity of the doping PEDOT:PSS have increase from Is/cm to more than 1000s/cm, it has basically met the requirements as anode. We used it an anode to substitute Al in OLED and used ITO as cathode. We used drip-coating method to produce PEDOT:PSS film as cathode, and spin-coating method to produce other film. In the whole process, we did not used vapor deposition, this is the "all solution processed" method which is simpler and more saving time. At the same time, I have research the spin-coating method to produce the cathode.Thirdly, CS2CO3 film was added to the usual single layer of MEH-PPV light-emitting devices. No matter it is to join in the side of ITO or Al electrodes, we add the forward and reverse voltage to the device has luminescence, by the way the brightness and efficiency is also good. The performance of the device was like a LEC device in the reverse voltage. We believe that which MEH-PPV light-emitting device joins the CS2CO3 film is a LEC device. CS2CO3 do as a role of electrolyte in this device. Under the electric field, the Cs+ and CO3-2 are move to the anode and cathode. So the inject of carrier was enhanced. This is the new interpretation we have about the role of Cs2CO3 in OLED.
