As the application of virtual reality in the each subject of education field, has been more and more attention. As the basis and core of virtual experiment, model directly affects the effectiveness of the entire virtual experiment system. It is a worth thinking and exploring problems that how to truly and effectively construct 3d model, making it become a organic whole merging form, linear, proportion and colorific.The existing model in the virtual experiment mainly plays its display function-directionally display learning content and rules, etc. The design and development of model gives more attention on virtual environment and some simple interaction design, not give enough attention on model itself to make model become a perfect integral. Taking Gestalt theory and Man-computer engineering and Visual communication as the theory foundation, referencing industrial product design. This article researches how to embody the factors in the development of virtual experiment and how to realize the effective construction of each factor, comprehensively analyses the construction of 3D model m virtual experiment from six aspects of function, structure, shape, color, man-machine, environment and their respective connotation, performance and realization method, proposes the realization principle of each factor in the process of constructing 3D model, provides practical ideas for effectively building 3D model. On this basis, using the technology of Maya to develop the medical model of "Muscle structure", expounds the embodiment of each factor in modeling process, in order to promote reasonably and efficiently constructing 3D model, solve deficiencies in the similarity and effectiveness of the model, provide a series of reference for the design and development of virtual experiment model. The body divides into five parts:The first part simply introduced this research's background. Virtual experiment has been widely used in education field, having incomparable advantage over traditional laboratory. On this basis, the article determines that the object is the model of virtual experiment. Referencing the design and development of the product, this research makes the influence factors of development model as the main content, explains the cause of related problems and work of this paper, etc.The second part briefly summarizes the development of virtual experiment, including the classification of virtual experiment, and detailedly introduces the model in the software simulation of virtual experiment system, lists the typical virtual experimental cases at home and abroad, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the model. Then this part introduces the related theories of 3d model construction, finally describes the development process of virtual experiment, and generally explains each stage.The third part comprehensively analyses the affect factors of 3D model in virtual experiment from six aspects including function, structure, shape, color, man-machine, environment. Then, it makes specific analysis on connotation, performance, problems should be paid attention in constructing process and realization method. This paper explores how to play the value of each factor in development of virtual experiment to get the effective model.The fourth part takes the development of "muscle structure" virtual experiment's model as an example. According to the instructional needs, in the preparation stage, it makes sure the main development targets. This part detailedly analyses the comprehensive influence of the each factor on model development, and different model in constructing process should focus on the different factor in order to achieve the simulation results. Then it describes the detailed development process of the model, and briefly introduces the follow-up work in this paper.The fifth part summarizes the prime task and the achievement of this article and the prospects for further study. This part broadly elaborates how to carry on the 3D modeling reasonably through the analysis of the six key factors, to improve the virtual model visual effect and efficiency of development, thus provides more efficient and more perfect services for the development of virtual experiment. The author hoped that it may achieve the effect that enhance the quality and the efficiency of the development of virtual experiment through the research on the factors of 3D model, then provides more real and effective teaching environment for virtual experiment.
