The Application Of DIP In Printing

The automatic detection system of the print quality defects has been analyzed in this paper. The system is divided into hardware system and software system, and this paper focuses on the software part. Software system of the print real-time detection has been designed and implementation by using VC++ as its platform. In the program structure, after the full account of object-oriented design, images and algorithms have been packaged effectively, and then they have been docked by inheritance. The algorithm module of the automatic detection system has been divided into three parts: image preprocessing, image registration and image defect detection. Corresponding interface model has been designed based on the three algorithm modules. In the image pre-processing algorithm, transferring to the gray image, translation, rotation, and noise removed has been analyzed and realized. Their corresponding interface model has been designed too. In the image registration module, after the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional template matching algorithm and the angle detection algorithm, the Harris corner detection and the corner matching algorithm that is based on singular value decomposition has been completed. Finally, the correctness and practicality of the corner detection and its matching algorithm has been tested and verified by actual print images. In the image defect detection algorithm module, print ghost detection algorithm that is based on the motion blurred image spectrum theory has been proposed and implemented. In this article, the motion blurred image spectrum theory has been used to analyze the ghosting print problems. The operability of the algorithm has been tested by theory and practice. Meanwhile, the algorithm not only can detect the print ghosting, but also the direction and re-imaging prime number of the ghosting image can be giving.
