| As the development of China's information industry, the time which IT is the main body of the knowledge economy has arrived, but due to the complexity of IT projects which is involving technical, social environment, management processes, and many other factors, also has a short cycle of IT projects, investments and other characteristics. Therefore, IT project implementation process will involve more uncertainty; the project faces the risk of large, highly prone to failure. Most of the traditional project risk analysis based on personal experience of managers, has a subjective and arbitrary, this article on IT project risk issues in-depth analysis, rough set theory to IT project risk-based attribute reduction process to improve decision-making and ability to judge risk and improve the success rate of IT projects.In this paper, information search, questionnaires and statistical analysis to identify and determine the IT aspects of the project in 9 of 33 key risk factors. On this basis, the use of heuristic based on discernibility matrix attribute reduction algorithm to IT projects in 16 key risk factors for the decision attributes of IT project risk decision table attribute reduction, the final reduction of the risk factors out of four, and the remaining risk factors constitute a key risk factor for IT project indicators.In the practice of the idea of testing theory, the paper developed a theory based on rough set decision table discretization and attribute reduction system, this system is web-based development, with the traditional rough set software different is that it does not need to install the local PC, users can use the Internet to set theory, while the system has improved user management, rights management and data security management. |
