With the rapid development of computers, multimedia technologies, as well as Internet, resulting in the emergence of a large number of images, how to effectively and quickly from the massive image database retrieval of the required image is a very important and challenging research topic. Content-based image retrieval technology is to study how to effectively solve the image database retrieval from a related image problem. In recent years, this technology has become the focus of widespread attention at home and abroad, and has applications in many areas.At present the whole world almost all businesses in the manufacture or trade marks on the concept, some of the best known companies with the famous trademark holder has the same concept; At the same time, the majority of the consumers living in the fast distinction between trademarks used on the market products and services environment. With rapid economic development, the number of trademark also increased significantly. How can rapidly and accurately the similarity of the trademarks of discrimination is resolved trademark registration rights and improve the efficiency of urgently needed to solve the problems.This paper marks the management of this area than the specific requirements were based on the color, texture and shape retrieval technology, in-depth research and study on the basis of summing up the various summarized and feature extraction and the many similarities matching algorithm proposed a regional interest in the automatic extraction algorithm, and gives them than for the trademark system.
