As a special part of Internet information resource, enterprise information management system possesses a wealth of business management information. Nowadays, the application of enterprise information management network has become a concern among more and more users home and abroad. Oil Factory, with a huge workload, often involves such a wide range of faults that the staff often find it inconvenient to use the network. In order to settle the faults effectively, there is a need of a fault information management network directed at the factory's backbone business system. The construction of such a network is not only of practical value, but is also significant for the relevant information sharing between the Oil Factory and its business partners, it provides effective collection and record of data, as well as the management of historical records and corresponding employees.The design applies to the problems mentioned above. Experimental results show that the design makes it possible to settle the faults efficiently through input, edition, deletion, retrieval, review of fault information, fault status updating, "delay"-marking of fault information and e-mailing the undertaker to update the information. The network based on this design, with high accuracy and vast coverage, can fully meet the needs of the staff faced with these faults.Enterprise information management network involves a wide range of problems. The author will make further research on the improvement of accuracy and the search rate.
