Atomic clock will become unstable due to it's aging drift, which is one of the most important factors affecting the accuracy and stability of atomic clock besides temperature drift.Research of short-term aging drift compensation of the OCXO was conducted at the beginning of this paper. Detailed aging drift data of that were recorded through experiment, and its mathematical model was established. Then, manual compensation of the OCXO was performed according to the model, and obvious compensation result was achieved.On the foundation of studying for the aging drift compensation of the OCXO, the method was applied to short-term aging drift automatic compensation of the rubidium atomic clock. DDS was used as a key to implements the aging drift compensation of rubidium atomic clock XHTF1003H. The result showed that the short-term aging drift rate of the rubidium atomic clock improved significantly.
