Reseach Of The SH2000 IC Test System's PCI Driver And Software Of Host Computer

With the fast development of the domestic IC industry, how to reduce the reliance on technologies of foreign countries and reduce the cost of tests is more and more urgent. Therefore, the research of IC test system has very important meanings.The article introduces the IC test system's basic composition firstly, and then describes emphatically how to design the IC test system's software part. The IC test system has the characters of high speed, running side by side, and customized development. Therefore, in the design of the software, how to realize high efficiency and easy expanding become very important. One solution is put forward as follows: First, develop PCI bus driver and host computer software by DDK and VC++6.0 which are the most effective development environments. Second, program the test procedure of the hardware with DLL (Dynamic Link Library), then users can configure hardware resources by themselves with DLL and XLS table(hardware disposition information table). Third, use multithreading and synchronous operating mechanism to realize multiple workers'location running side by side.Up to now, the system has been tried in the chip factory of Wuxi for 3 months. Systematic dependability, testing efficiency and so on reach user's standard. Compared with the other manufacturers of our country, the multiple workers'location testing efficiency is in a leading position.
