Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Network SCE

With the high speed development of telecommunication services, it is widely hoped that diversified, comprehensive, intelligent and personalized communications services could be provided. The communication services should be diversified and advancing with the times. However, the new professional works which were introduced in traditional technologies take up a lot of network recourse. It is time-consuming, laborious, poor reliability and difficult to maintain. It is very difficult to meet the communication needs of business development.This paper mainly deals with the norms and protocols of intelligent network, especially SIB and INAP. It also studied the key technology on the application of SCE- LEX and YACC. According to the result of study, the author designed and implemented the data-system-editor, service-logic-editor. It has been verified in SPIEXIN100 system that the paper achieved the Intelligent Network SCE.It's verified by SCE that the new business can provide the new professional works quickly and doesn't need too much time. It will do the new professional works easily.The SCE which fulfilled in this paper can provide the new professional works quickly and needn't too much time. However, with the rapid development of the INAP. the issue that how to implement the business of single-ended and single-control is to be further studied and resolved.
