In this paper, based on in-depth research of the whole function of semiconductor device data control system, the system hardware, software and reliability design proposals are established, Printed Circuit Board and software are designed, hardware debug, software debug and integrated test are completed, the system functional requirements and data accuracy are achieved, the goal of semiconductor packaging process control is fufilled.The semiconductor device data control system is divided into five functional modules, which are controller module, power supply and reference voltage module, temperature signal conditioning module, A/D conversion module, D/A conversion and pressure control module. The electronic components used by functional modules are analyzed and selected. By researching of the system software function, analog input channel processing and serial port and timer interrupt handling are designed. In the process of circuit and software design, the measures of filter technology, analog and digital partition, optical isolation are takend to improve the system reliability and anti-disturb capability. The architecture, system management and SPI communication of the micro-control chip XC167CI are explored. PCB layout and route, PCB impedance and signal integrity are discussed in detail. On the semiconductor device data control system board which has been designed and implemented, the debugging of power supply and reference voltage module, micro-controller and JTAG interface, serial communication, A/D conversion and analog input channel module, D/A conversion and pressure control module are completed. Finally, the hardware and software combined together is debugged, and the system reliability is tested.Through all the debugging and tests, it is proved that this system is stable and reliable.
