The Structure And Implementation Of Data Mining Platform For Smart Phone Based On Cloud Computing

With the development of computer science and technology, the data which come from every industry in the internet are mass, isomerous and noisy. It's very hard to get information from these data. So we have to use data mining. Meanwhile, it's very ordinary to access real-time data which come from every industry. For example:commercial data of chain enterprise, customer group information of garment enterprise, traffic state of traffic system, distribution information of logistics enterprise and so on. For all these industries smart phone must have data mining function.Cloud computing is a super and new computing model based on internet for the center of data. Cloud computing can be used to develop high-performance application program. The data are isomerous and noisy. The solution of data mining of smart phone using cloud computing is not be proposed. According to above problems, this paper designs and implements the cloud computing platform for smart phone which can solve the memory, data and compute of smart phone. Then this paper implements data mining platform based on extended cloud computing platform. Based on above two platforms this paper designs and implements the application platform of smart phone. Finally this paper verifies the data mining of smart phone based on cloud computing by experiment.According to the three structures:the memory cloud, the data cloud and the compute cloud, this paper designs Mobile Datamining File System, Mobile Datamining BigTable and Mobile Datamining MapReduce for cloud computing platform. According to the idea of module, the data mining platform includes workflow module, data loading module, concurrent ETL module, concurrent data mining algorithm and concurrent result module. This paper designs six modules for the application platform of smart phone considering interaction. Then this paper explains the core design of target system detailedly. The core design includes the process of target system, the interface between cloud computing and data mining platform, the interface between smart phone and target system.Finally, this paper gives realization process of the data mining platform of smart phone based on cloud computing according to development environment of system and the core method. Experiment results show that the target system is very promising at last section of this paper.
