There is a problem, how can we find what we really need on the Internet.Gengral Search Engine has provided us a solution. It has paved a road lead to the Internet for us. But the road is for all of us, sometimes it could not lead us to wherever we want, especially nowadays the Internet is changing at every second. What will be a better choice when we met the diversification of the data on the Intenet? Focused Search Engine would do better when we need the information about some field or some business. This paper devotes itself to design and implement an Agricultural information focused search engine. It comes up with an introduction of the background of the field of search, the current situation of the topic search engine domestic and overseas. Then it elaborates the basic theory and principle of the search engine and data mining. It propses a way to solve the problem that how to extract the information related to the topic. It has also provided a customer made topic search. At last, this paper has implemented a recommdation function. It offeres recommdation on the basis of the information the user searched from the web already.The system choses two kinds of agrithm to get the recommdation, they are apriori algorithm and the weighted slope one of collaborative filtering item-based family.
