In the coal industry, especially in China, gas disaster is still with us. Exploitation of coal mines throughout the process, especially with the coal mining depth increases, the security aspects of the problems that are more and more, because out of gas explosion accidents, the proportion of coal mine accidents is increasingly greater. Therefore, using the latest technology, Mine Nei Wasi timely detected gas concentration, the security of the entire mine operation and safety of miners, has a very important role.This issue is related to the optical fiber sensor system experiment in order to achieve the fiber optic sensors applied to the industrial scene. Research focus on CH4 gas for the detection of an optical fiber designed to measure the gas concentration, and data processing, the use of the computer display, and then reflected to the scene. Mining face and some of the main roadway, the use of this sensor can detect real-time gas concentrations, and indicate the gas concentration reaches the alarm immediately if the results exceeded. Coupled with the design process, all intrinsically safe products can be widely used in underground, in order to achieve a practical optical fiber gas sensors. The contents of this includes the following aspects:(1) Intrinsically safe explosion-proof design, it is used in mine safety.(2) In the theory and practice based on the overall design of the sensor, a proposed new gas chamber, then through the photoelectric conversion, the last lock to amplify the signal.(3) Describes gas absorption spectrum method, the tunable laser absorption spectroscopy study done a specific...
