Design And Implementation For Anhui Communication Science And Technology Information Resource Sharing Platform

The transport industry has invested in scientific research each year a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, but there are duplicate items constructions in the province. To this end, the Ministry of Transportation in 2008, conducted a national transportation science and technology information resources sharing platform building, Anhui Province, was listed as the pilot construction units. As the province in traffic management, information science and technology resources there is still a lot of work not carried out, so take advantage of the "Traffic Science and Technology Information Resource Sharing Platform" opportunity of building a shared platform for our province carried out a thorough revision and adjustment.In this thesis, the system is based on the traffic & Science and Technology Information Resource sharing platform of Anhui Province. In the platform development process, the fro nt are based on B/S structure of ASP.NET+SVN (version control), the backend using ORA CLE 9i as a development tool. The main research contents are described as the followings:(1) In the process of the ETSI system design, we develop the system by adopting a layered approach. Which is divided into the template layer, data manipulation layer, busin-ess logic layer and application layer performance for development, which makes the develo pment of ideas more clearly and clear division of labor.(2) In the user interface design layer, this thesis incorporates AJAX technology with th e traditional JAVASCRIPT scripting techniques. The technology is mainly used for data exc hange between the former and the backend and so on. By using this method, which makes more efficient data transfer between the front and rear, while giving customers a way to refr esh the page without delay experience.(3) In the system data acquisition layer, a method has designed to transfer the specific format data between the database and OFFICE document.Tests show that the system has a friendly and customizable user interface. The successful application of transportation Science and Technology Information Resource Sharing Platfor m makes the province's traffic management more scientific and reasonable.
