The isolation transmitter is mainly applied to signal transmission in the industrial field. Because of the complexity of electromagnetic environment, before isolation transmitter products enter the market, they are required to undergo EMC test. It is best to think about EMC matter in the product design stage. If the final product can not pass the EMC test and can not sell out, it is too late to consider solving problems and finding solutions to the electromagnetic compatibility and huge loss can be caused.In the thesis an AC voltage isolation transmitter is designed. The thesis introduces the basic concept and theory of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), the cause of electromagnetic interference and its transmission route. In the process of product design, electromagnetic interference suppression of methods is put forward to solve the product EMC requirements. From both aspects of EMI and EMS, the electromagnetic interference occurs in transmitter circuit is analyzed. By different suppression methods such as decoupling filtering, by-passing and grounding, the EMI emission is reduced and the stability of the products in different electromagnetic environments is improved. Finally the AC voltage isolation transmitter product is put through the electromagnetic compatibility test verification and reaches the standard of design requirements.
