Internetware which running under the open, dynamic and changeable Internet environment, is the abstract of the software system's basic shape.Academia has carryed out research based on component which faced Internetware development methodology. The component and the structure's evolution model has became a hot spot. Some scholars have given the specification of component software's security ,quality ,appraisal system and so on. It is for the reactivity, and the evolution characteristic of the Internetware. They proposed the theoretical analysis model of the Internetware, the measure appraisal method and the technology which was faced high reliable and Security.This article studied Internetware development framework and the correlation technique which is facing component. Then analyzed the evolutionary process of software. It gives the evolution methods of component software which is based on updating trust value and carrys on the trust appraisal for component service quality according to the feature of the component service quality appraisal.It uses the Fuzzy synthesis judgment of the Fuzzy theory. Finally,it makes the improvement to the traditional trust value computational method Which was based on the direct trust value and the indirect trust value. First I cluster the factors vector of the trust appraisal using fuzzy C-AVERAGE value cluster method.When the cluster set is not empty,choose the component which is in the same the sets of factors vector, the trust value high, and satisfies the service request. Experiment proves that the algorithm increases the accuracy of the component service trust appraisal.It also avoids some net nodes cheat one net node coorperatively when their trust appraisal factors vectors are in the different cluster sets.
