In the period of high-speed developing P2P Network(Peer to Peer Network) technique on Internet, the bandwidth of the network has become exiguous gold channel which affecting the information transmission rate and quality every moment. According to the survey the recent years of Internet business, about 60%-80% was occupied by P2P business, and even more reach the peak of this business when in the evening can beyond 90%. P2P just like an double-edged sword, for one thing it let netizen enjoy "Internet free cake" at the same time, for another it is a fatal thing for ISP (Internet Services Provider), that engulfing large bandwidth resources seriously, triggering network congestion, reducing Internet other business performance, etc. In order to improve this situation, ISPs have spent a lot of human resources, material and financial resources, but they failed, and the consequence provokes infinite contradiction between ISPs and P2P technique. So large for P2P optimization techniques and tactics are then become the scientific research work, including the research hotspots P4P (Proactive network Provider Participation for P2P) technical generation and development. The P4P technique also considered an important technique which will be become to next-generation peer-to-peer communication technologies to replace P2P.In order to find better solution about peer-to-peer network stream optimization strategy and algorithm, this essay was based on studying of various P2P network characters focuses on the research and analysis on the P2P network architecture, the communication characteristics, and the existing problems. Through studied in the P2P network topology, combinied with existing excellent peer-to-peer network flow optimization method, the paper put forward two sets of peer-to-peer network flow optimization strategy and algorithm which had been reached after lab personally validation, there are "Optimization of P2P Network Stream based on the Fuzzy Theory " and "Self-adjust the Toplogy of pure Peer-to-Peer networks based on vector space model".In this paper, two sets of strategy and algorithm were introduced in detail. In the way of " Optimization of P2P Network Stream based on the Fuzzy Theory ", the optimization of P2P network stream can through to analysis the pure P2P network which is to determine its speed, time, hops, ISP numbers and bandwidth as entry points for the optimization of P2P stream, and use the mathematical optimization theory of fuzzy to analysis these parameters, we can achieve the purpose of optimize the P2P network stream based on the traditional optimization method through using fuzzy optimum way. In the way of"Self-adjust the Toplogy of pure Peer-to-Peer networks based on vector space model", because the research strategy can self-adjust it working status, so I call it"SATN"strategy. SATN use the theory of vector space model based on the similarity to adjust the topology of P2P networks. First, adjust the link topology between two nodes. Then, it will optimize the connection between the nearby links, and finally achieve adjusting the whole P2P network topology.Through laboratory research of P2P and P4P technology, I found that the P2P network communications quality can be rapid improved by using the P4P technique. It seemed a win-win result for both ISPs and netcitizen which can reduce the network traffic jam caused by Peer-to-Peer on the bandwidth provieded by ISPs, and also can let netcitizen enjoy faster communication quality on network. Combine with the present situation of the application of P4P technology, this paper also puts forward a set of sense of ideas and methods of optimization about P4P technology, such as expanding P4P technology popularization of range, improving ISP's earnings, better make P4P and P2P compatible development and so on, and in the end of this paper find that can introduce P2P flow optimization of relevant solutions to optimize the P4P technique.
