In order to make virtual ceramic art exhibition online show, ceramic artwork available should be sampled, and displayed on the computer as a complete 3D image. However, the current pictures are expressed by bitmap mostly, and it is a 2D images. Ceramic art pictures can not be rotated. We can only see 2D pictures. Virtual ceramic art show can not to achieve truly. So, we see some domestic and foreign literature with regard to ceramic decal and texture mapping. We find same thing to do in order to achieve real ceramic art. First, we need get three-dimensional graphics of ceramic products by vector, cut off the picture on the ceramic materials. Then, post back on the surface of vectoring rotation in the form of ceramic decals. Thus, after vectoring and mapping the surface of revolution can be displayed. Here, several issues are related to. First, what should we do for ceramics image vectorization. Then, what should we do for stripping pattern on the ceramic materials. At last, because of the limitations of image sampling, pattern of the ceramic products can not be got all by photos. We can only get the logo in the front, and the back of the logo need to re-shoot sampled. So, good stitching multiple pictures are need when texturing, and so on. QianSubin do some research on the image vectoring of rotate surface, and realized reconstruction of 3D surface of revolution. HouHongwei do some research on texture mapping. We study on cutting the texture and stitching the texture well. Anti-texture mapping method is proposed to extract the texture image by detailed analysis on the process of texture mapping. Then texture images obtained should be spliced or synthesized. Some aspects, such as contour extraction, virtual map, crop textures, image stitching are research focal points. Then, some related technologies were advanced and improved. Then in the environment of VC, one simulation demo of ceramic decal texture accessing and cutting is realized. And it achieves good result.The following aspects are mainly discussed in this paper:1:To create a virtual mapping function, the process of the texture mapping should be aware. First, the specific process of texture mapping and some attention is introduced.2:The principle of anti-texture mapping and some detail of the process is introduced first. virtual mappings should be created for different radius. And the radius array for surface of revolution should be obtained. We start our work from simple to complex. The virtual mapping array for surface of revolution can be obtained.3: Reflected radiation can be done with the array of virtual mapping. A new texture image can be obtained. In this process some points will be lost. If we fill the points with gap, we need to do some image restoration work. So, we describe two techniques commonly using in image restoration. Finally, the bilinear interpolation method is selected.4:Because of some problem of the image sampling, the new texture image is not able to round the entire surface of revolution. So, multiple samples should be used. In order to obtain a complete texture image, the new texture image should be spliced.5:Finally, a good interactive environment can be provided to users with VC...
