The mobile Ad Hoc network is a self-organized temporary network composed of a group of mobile devices with wireless equipments. Compared with the traditional network, each nodes in the mobile Ad Hoc network can be free to move in any speed and movement patterns, also their radio can be turned on and off at any time, their radio transmission power and radio propagation conditions maybe also of rapidly changed, due to these factors have led to the network topology to arbitrary and unpredictable way to quickly change so the link in the mobile Ad Hoc network is easy to break. In Addition, the Mobile Ad Hoc Networks wireless channel is completely open, the behavior of malicious nodes attacking difficult to predict, the networks lack of stability and other reasons the lack of its own, making the mobile Ad Hoc networks are vulnerable to many types of attacks. In order to enhance the stability of the network links to improve network performance, improve network security, enhanced network survivability, as an important part of the mobile Ad Hoc networks routing protocol and routing protocol security are significant important. The main content and innovative results are as follows:(1)Based on the AODV routing protocol we proposed a new routing protocol AODV-BR (AODV-BACK ROUTE). In AODV-BR, we have provided for two different threshold levels for the nodes in the network, one is its own battery power and the other is the RF signal strength that they have received from their neighbor node. when a node is the first to reach the required threshold , indicates that the node where the link has links to this risk of interruption, AODV-BR will establish a backup link to this entry route, when the node reaches the second threshold will be fast when the AODV-BR Switch to a backup route for data transmission. Simulation results show that AODV-BR routing protocol effectively reduce the number of network links break and reduce the packet loss rate and improve the packet delivery rate.(2)For mobile Ad Hoc network characteristics, in order to ensure the safety of mobile Ad Hoc networks, so that it can effectively detect and prevent network attacks by malicious nodes, particularly to the internal network attacks. In AODV routing protocol basis, we propose a novel algorithm that detects internal attacks by using both message and route redundancy during route discovery. The route-discovery messages are protected by pair wise secret keys between a source and destination and some intermediate nodes along a route established by using public key cryptographic mechanisms. In Addition, my algorithm all nodes in the network node by detecting the behavior of its neighbors and its neighbors to establish its reliability, based on node reliability and performance of the behavior. These two algorithms we are collectively referred to as SRPM (Secure Routing Protocol for MANETS), SRPM based routing algorithm for use in on-demand distance vector routing AODV, the same can be applied to a mobile Ad Hoc network with other like, Dynamic Source Routing DSR, network protocol. Through theoretical analysis and simulation demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
