Fractal graphics are based on fractal geometry, generated by using various algorithms. It has wide varieties, complex structure, and the infinitely delicate features. The application of fractal graphics also has broad market prospects, fractal graphics have been used in merchandise packaging, construction and decoration, anti-counterfeit labels, and other fields, not only has good practicability, but also has high appreciation value.Because fractal graphics have the wide range of applications in various fields, studies of the generation method and rendering methods of various fractal graphics in order to construct more and more beautiful fractal patterns, are very meaningful. This paper studies a kind of two-dimensional plane of fractal graphics in the real-number field——to construct the method of the fractal graphics of real-number set; then based on the characteristics of this type of fractal graphics, we explore their applications in texture design. The study develops a broader outlook for fractal graphics in the application of texture aspects.In this paper we pay attention to three points: the drawing method of real-number fractal graphics, structure of rendering scheme and the texture patterns based on their generation: firstly, integrating the visualization technique into the design of real-number fractal graphics, achieves controllable parameters in the size, shape and color for the fractal graphics of Martin and Hopalong sets, so ordinary users can more conveniently draw real-number fractal graphics with texture features by controlling these parameters; on the basis of this, putting forward a variety of rendering schemes, so that the same structure of fractal patterns, due to the different coloration methods, show different effects; finally, you can choose one or more fractal graphics from the fractal gallery as graph elements, in accordance with a rule to combine them, generates more colorful texture patterns. Ultimately we develop a software system which supports the design of the fractal graphics of real-number set. According to the actual implementation process, the specific contents are as follows:1. Drawing of the fractal graphics of real-number setSummarize the previous iteration fractal complex mapping algorithm, compared to the advantages and disadvantages of various methods for the characteristics of real numbers, to make appropriate drawing method, enabling the real fractal pattern design.2. Studying on the controllable parameters about the fractal graphics of real-number setBy studying on the fractal graphics of Martin and Hopalong such as its structure, generating theory and drawing methods, we refine controllable parameters. Users can control the shape, size, color of fractal graphics by using these parameters.3. Studying the rendering methods of fractal graphics of real-number setThe same size and shape pattern rendered in a different way, brings a different visual experience. Based on the design and color science, we discuss the different rendering methods in this paper, the effort to draw wonderful real-number fractal patterns.4. Recording and redrawing of the processAs with other fractal graphics, fractal graphics of real-number set also exist on the sensitivity of initial conditions and parameters, that is a slight change in initial conditions, given the graphic will be a great change. In order to draw the beautiful patterns will not be "fleeting", we use database records the drawing process of the fractal pattern, thereby the design process can be reused.5. Based on a combination of fractal graphic element generating texture patternsTexture design is an important part of pattern design. Fractal graphics of real numbers show a certain regular pattern, especially for patterned textures. This article explores the method that uses multiple real-number set fractal primitives "portfolio" of the texture pattern, which enriches texture pattern categories.6. The development of application systemWe design the appropriate data structure, to record the drawing process of real-number fractal patterns. Using database technology, it manages and maintains the fractal patterns to design reusable.This paper has some innovations, such as the fractal graphics of real-number set in the controllable parameters, color methods and so on.
