In recent decades, with wide range of electronic devices and systems applications, ere have been a lot of new theories and new methods developed in the field of fault diagnosis of electronic circuits. But generally speaking, most of researches are done under the condition that the functions and schematics of electronic circuits have been known. Because it is unable to get the fault information of the electronic circuits and to establish the fault model and the information database via simulation and modeling on the base of the functions and schematics of electronic circuits, it is difficult to complete fault diagnosis by the methods which are based on the functions and schematics of electronic circuits, such as Fault Dictionaries and Neural Networks. Firstly, in this paper, the classification of the signal types in the unknown circuit node has been researched, on this basis, aiming at the circuit which is composed of imitate signal node in unknown circuit, adopting relevant information on DFT spectrum of node voltage signal and the methods of node network topology information to complete to extract the fault information and analyze fault location, and at last, to demonstrate the feasibility of this method by simulation and experiment. Compared with other methods, it balks at the reliance of data and prior knowledge of the failure feature parameters in the various fault state of circuit, and it only needs to collect state information of normal circuit to accomplish fault diagnosis for circuit.
