Some physical properties in the reservoir including reservoir natures, fluid properties and distribution etc are varying with waterflood development operating. So it is important to recognize these variation processes promptly for formulating oilfield development regulation program. In the traditional reservoir performance analysis, geologic model is set up firstly and analyzed by various math means (e.g. numerical simulation). Though these methods can provide scientific bases for oilfield development decision, a lot of geologic data are anisotropism and changing continuously during the production. It is difficult to get the data timely, comprehensive and accurately. So there are errors between simulation results and the facts.For the purpose of the enterprise application, the geological dynamic management information system based on.NET is analyzed from several aspects, such as demand-analysis, operation-flow-analysis, and functional analysis. The system framework, the related database and implementation are designed in detail. The system is then realized by using NET to write the code and using Oracle9i as the database, and meanwhile the key points for system implementation and management are proposed. The paper also pointed out the advantages of NET platform in development of enterprise application systems. Moreover, ADO.NET is adopted to access the database and ASP.NET is used to realize the Web alternation. The system has passed the initial tests and runs smoothly and well.The result shows that it is effective. It is important for centralize guidance of oilfield production.
