Fluorescence Molecular Imaging is a new type of developed technology for detecting and analyzing molecular and gene expression recently. Because of less radiation, low-cost, mature application of probes and markers, FMI, especially for the small vivo animal imaging, has become an important branch of molecular imaging. This thesis describes a fluorescent molecular imaging system for the human body - "human lymphatic fluorescence imaging system." We made the software design for the human lymphatic system, according to fundamental of FMI system and practical application, then a low-cost analysis software based FMI is emerged for early lymphatic diseases rapid detection. This software can take photos of a patient's knees and parts between the knee and the ankle, where have been labeled by fluorescent markers or probes, and collects the right photos which meet the requirements (information is correct and the image is clear). These photos was interpreted and analyzed by a professional doctor, who can determine whether the patient's lymphatic system appears certain diseases in the early time. Changes of lymphoid tissue in lower limb skin, which is labeled by fluorescent markers and probes, can be observed to realize the early diagnosis of the tumor metastasis and lymphedema. At the same time, this system can also be performed experiments with phantom and mice to obtain experimental data."Human lymphatic fluorescence imaging system"consists of software and hardware parts: the hardware part made up of the CCD camera and control box is used for image acquisition; the software part made up of the UI, hardware interface and data process is used for data collection, analysis, processing, preservation and so on. This thesis is mainly about the software design and development of the system.
