Precision seeding now has become the most current topic of one of research potential on the planting operation. Along with the development of modern agricultural facilities, how to realize seeding equipment precision seeding of high speed and high precision, and it fast detection the precision seeding machine work operation state. Because NongJiZhan in evaluating precision machine performance and quality require a lot of manpower and material resources, in order to improve evaluation speed for the quality of seeder,the proposed methods of linear CCD uniformity of maize seeding to on-line detection.And sow uniformity is one of the important basis for measure seeder good or bad, so fast detect accurately sowing seeds uniformity, is able to make a rapid judgment machine performance. Aiming at the sowing uniformity testing accurate, reliable, rapid and experimental platform of automatic control for research. The paper research work include:1. Research based on linear CCD real-time processing technology precision seeding test system. This system realizes real-time, to machine the seeding of the precision testing indirectly, to detect sowing uniformity provides a new effective methods.2. Research linear CCD image dynamic collection hardware system structure. Camera part mainly by rapid colorized linear CCD camera, as the core of the use of dynamic image, lighting technology collection. Image processing hardware part of MCU acquisition and collecting the data of image cameras to control. Realization of data transmission and display section, will transmit to the rapid transmission of computer data in memory image using splicing software system, realizing the mosaics by frame frame image mosaicing into a sequence of image.3. Research based on linear CCD frame image by stitching technique. According to the seed actual distribution, real-time dynamic collection, for the collected frame image mosaics discussed in depth one study and research.
