With the computer technology and network communication technology continues to evolve, e-governments are extensively applications in the community. However, e-governments are often hacked by the viruses and hackers; it is especailly serious in the field of governmental network system securities. So, it is very critical for establishing a system of proper safeties and protections, protecting the government network system security and ensuring that information resources are not damaged in the field of network securities.In this thesis, security detection system development and the current threats hidden are analized, and several mainstream network security technologies are studied in detail (eg. firewalls, intrusion side inspection system, and vulnerability scanning technology). The improved architecture of provincial government network security detection system is proposed in this thesis.A data associating analyzer and a data clustering analyzer based on data mining is designed and implemented in this thesis. The associating analyzer is able to ananlyze logging of data and acquires the defferent parrtens of the normal beheavors and attacking beheavors through the analysis of large amounts of data associated. The clustering analyzer obtains a large number of clustering values relying on the training data set, next, detects the normal clustering and the abnormal clustering and determines the new unknown intrusions at last.The results of the proposal are shown through the simulation testing of system improving network security.
