Then, the article introduces the system integration method of the optical fiber laser processing platform and control system's composition. Besides, the article takes the optical fiber laser processing platform and RobotStudio off-line programming software to introduce the robot off-line programming method and step. It includes to establish robot simulation workstation, off-line programming and analog simulation.Finally, the article introduces how to download robot off-line programming procedure and the robot calibration method in the realistic scene. And take a work piece as the example, we have carried on the laser cutting processing to the work piece, which has proven the performance and the function of the entire laser processing platform and the robot off-line programming, and arrived at the anticipated design requirements.
