Research On The Report System Of Food Safety Award From The Perspective Of Economic Law

In recent years, with the development of socialist market economy, the food market has developed very fast and customers have focused more and more on the food safety. As there are many food safety accidents in the market, it has been more and more important to improve the legal system for the awarded reports of the food safety accidents, which is still not optimistic as the law is still not perfect, the process is still not very efficient, the information is still not shared and the reporters’ legal rights are still not well protected. In order to change the current situation and solve the problems above, we should use the idea of encouragement in the economic law to improve the related regulations of the legal system for the awarded reports of the food safety accidents and to help the food market develop healthily and quickly.There are five parts of this article except for the conclusion. The contents of this article are as followed.In the first part,the article introduces the background and the theoretical and practical significances of the legal system for the awarded reports of the food safety accidents, comment on the steps of the development of the regulations based on the studies of the scholars on this subject in China and abroad and introduces the measures to study this topic, the purpose of this article and the innovations during the study of this subject.In the second part, the article introduces the meaning and value of improving the legal system for the awarded reports of the food safety accidents based on the theory of democracy and dynamic social contract.In the third part, the article analyses the problems of the legal system for the awarded reports of the food safety accidents, such as the defectives in the system, the imperfections of the protection of the reporter’s rights and the loss of the related policies.In the fourth part, the article shows the experience of the awarded report system for food safety in foreign countries, like in America, Japan and England and asks China to learn from them combined with the current situation of our country.In the fifth part, the article provides the ways to improve the legal system for the awarded reports of the food safety accidents, such as to perfect the related regulations, to build the acceptance mechanism, to simplify the process of the report, to build the regulations to share the information and to protect and encourage the reporters. Only in these ways, the legal system for the awarded reports of the food safety accidents could be improved.
