An Analysis Of Juvenile Delinquency Policy In China

The minors had been compared to the seven or eight o’clock in the morning sun, the minors development related to the fate of the country and the nation. However, juvenile delinquency countries are increasingly prominent social problems, juvenile delinquency is always a big problem plaguing society and development, this problem will not only endanger social stability and harmonious order, but also seriously affect implementation of policies and implementation of the state of development of minors.The minors are a special group, because of the physiological, psychological and other aspects they have very different from adults, so from the protection of minors’ interests, most countries in the world have the crimes by minors relief policy. Since China’s reform and opening up, dedicated to the protection of the juvenile delinquency, in different background, constantly revised domestic relief policy, has achieved remarkable effect. This paper analyzes this problem from the angle of public policy, the minor crime relief policy as the research object, the juvenile delinquency as a policy target groups, to improve our juvenile criminal relief policy as the research target. In theory, through the national theory of public policy, protection measures theory learning, expounds the evolution of China’s juvenile delinquency relief policy, analyzed the current situation of China’s juvenile delinquency relief policy deviation, and learn from foreign developed countries minors relief policy advantages, and puts forward some suggestions and thoughts for the better perfect minor crime relief policy.
