The rapid development of China’s economic construction and social modernization process make our country into a period of social transition which leads to the discussion about the relationship between the government, the market and NGO.It is necessary and reasonable to make full use of the function of non-governmental organizations and religious community and make them actively involved in social services, which is the need to build a harmonious society, the needs of the development of market economy, and the need to stabilize the social order. However, with the depth implementation of scientific development view, service-oriented government has been gradually established, expanding the scope of government to provide social services and improving the ability and level of government service, and the chances left for the third sector to fill the "vacuum" of social services will be fewer and fewer. This case decided the third sector organization (NGO, NPO, etc.) in china Mainland cannot as same as in some other districts, such as European and American countries and China’s Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions where have a large number of the third sector and these organizationsare active and play an extremely important role. It is impossible to allow the third sector to reconstruct our social service system follow the pattern in Europe and America, and nor any third sector can compare with our government which is the largest social service providers in China. The Non-government organization in China which is difficult to distinguish between the good and bad organizationexist some organizational crisis, such as the problem of organization purpose and charitable organization credibility.Patriotic religious groups in China organized by faith-based social services have more social credibilitygenerate a positive social effect and also meet the needs of society. Meanwhile, China’s patriotic religious organizationscooperate and a good relationship with the government for decades that formed a good partnership cooperation model.This paper, through theanalysis about Christian organization involved in social services, especially the case establishing the treatment and education center for autistic children, researches the question that how Christian social service can become a useful supplement for government social service system and make it play a useful role. Based on thestudy onthe unique advantage of the Christian social service organization andthe specialized construction of the organization, thisarticle formed the conclusion that our society should actively guide Christians involved in social assistance and public charities, in the hoping of it plays a special role in the development of harmonious society and culturaldevelopment in China.Inthe period of social transition,the Christian Social Services has a new definition,and the process of Christian adapting to China can Promote better development of China’s real economy.
