Throughout the history of developed countries social development, it can be seen, industrialization and urbanization is a strong driving force to promote the social development. Since the Industrial Revolution, many developed countries have experienced massive labor migration, a large number of employments of rural labor into urban life, eventually becoming the city citizens. This aspect of urban development provides a lot of human resources; they also contributed to the industrialization and urbanization.
