The issue of migrant workers has always been the academic focus of attention for its universality and complexity, and the research of their life-style has also become a new area of concern as the increasing large number of them. Life-style is based on the mode of production, the life-style of migrant workers has changed profoundly after leaving the countryside and they are adapting to urban living style instead of the manufacture and living activities which focus on the farmland. However, due to various constraints, migrant workers are still unable to adapt to city life.Migrant workers are selected as the research object and the current life-styles of them are analyzed through their ways of labor, consumer life-style, leisure life-style and ways of social interaction in this paper. The finding by analysis is that although migrant workers deeply influenced by urban life, their way of life is also being converted to urban lifestyle, but it still has a long way to integrate into the urban life-style. Migrant workers usually work longer in poor working conditions with lower income and less labor rights protection, their employment is often not clear and in a lower career levels. They are almost at the bottom of the consumer pyramid and consume in low-end consumer place to meet basic needs. They lack leisure time to enjoy leisure activities significantly and their leisure life is demonstrating the isolating inclination. They also associate with people who have relationship of blood or geopolitical with them but urban citizens, so they are still strangers to the city in social activities while living there. The adaptation of migrant workers to urban life is a long and difficult process. In order to make sure each tens of millions migrant workers gets a decent job by their own efforts in the city and be absorbed into modern urban life, a fair institutional environment and employment system should be created and social organizations should play a vital role in making use of social network resources to promote equal and better employment opportunity. In addition, migrant workers themselves need to put in their best efforts.
