Theoretical Analysis Of Interest Sharing

This paper mainly analysis and discuss the basic content ofbenefit-sharing, which refers to the idea of all the social membersenjoying the social development achievements. At present, manyproblems and conflict events, which increasingly send up thepotential social risks, have been caused frequently by the fact ofinterest differentiation in our society. Benefit-sharing for all thepeople is an important approach and manner through which toconverge the positive energy of reformation, resolve social risk andmaintain the social harmony.First of all, some relevant concepts will be defined specificallyin the paper, especially the concept of benefit-sharing and the innerrelationship between the subject and object of benefit-sharing.Secondly, some other related concepts such as participation ofinterests and balance of interests will also be differentiated andanalyzed. This part of content makes a point of the joint force ofgovernment, market and community which may realize the idea ofbenefit-sharing. Besides, benefit-sharing includes three basiccharacteristics, namely co-building, reasonable differences andevolutionary and incremental sharing. From the perspective of valuedimension，benefit-sharing includes four standards, namely freedom,justice, equality and common prosperity.Furthermore, the theoretical basis of benefit-sharing will also bediscussed, which has two respects: one is the Marx and Engels’s ideaon interest, another is the benefit-sharing thoughts of the communistparty of China. With the use of historical materialism, Marx andEngels pointed out that the full development of productivity is the precondition of benefit-sharing and the realization of benefit-sharing,which is the basic requirement of an ideal society to maintain the fulldevelopment of humans, is a constant process of implementation. Inthe practice of revolution, economic construction and reformation,Chinese communist party developed the idea of benefit-sharing ofMarx and Engels, which seeks the most benefit for the people as thestarting point and the foothold of their action. Meanwhile, they alsoput forward the common prosperity, fair and justice in the enjoymentof the social development, which tends to achieve the fundamentalinterests of most people. The rich theory of benefit-sharing providesan important theoretical basis for research.The social significance of benefit-sharing lies in maintaining thestability and unity of the society, and providing a stable environmentfor social development. All these reveal the superiority of socialismand the pursuit of fairness and justice. Finally, our discussion willfocus on the realization mechanism of benefit-sharing, whichincludes the expression mechanism，decision-making mechanism,coordination mechanism, and restriction mechanism of interests.
