An Analysis Of The Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Social Organizations In China

With the deepening of the reform, social governance more andmore needs social synergy. Social organizations play increasinglyimportant role in the development. Under the current context of urbanand rural social structure division, rural social organizations developmore slowly than urban organizations. So the research of rural socialorganization is of great practical significance. But the current studiesof rural social organization are not enough, especially lack of fieldinvestigation of different types of rural social organization. Thispaper conducted the fieldwork of rural endogenous organization inunderdeveloped areas in central area, trying to enrich rural socialorganization case materials.At the same time, it provides some newmaterials for future research in different perspectives. Specifically,the article is divided into seven sections to discuss the ruralorganizations.The first part is the introduction. In this part, literature review, thecore concepts, theoretical foundation, research methods are brieflydescribed. The second part introduces the basic situation of thesurvey implementation. The development situation of the villagesocial organization and function analysis are discussed in the thirdpart. And it includes four types of endogenous social organization,social organization, economic organization, religious organization,interests groups. The fourth part studies the problems of the ruralorganizations in the overall development, such as slowlydevelopment, lacking of capacity, easily affected by the villagecommittee, sometimes has a negative effect and other issues. In the fifth part, it mainly discusses the factors which influence thedevelopment of rural social organizations in the two major levels ofgovernment and society. The sixth part tells some specificsuggestions to promote the development of social organizations inrural areas based on the problems and the factors which exist onabove research. It includes how to enhance publicity, improve lawsand regulations, and strengthen supervision and other measures toimprove their ability. The last part is conclusion, which aims tosummarize the contents of this paper, and also pointed outshortcomings of this study in order to better research in the future.Through this survey and this paper which combed the rural socialorganizations, the benign operation and healthy sustainabledevelopment of social organizations in rural areas also require thesupport of the government and the public participation. By this, weare able to build a variety of platforms through rural socialorganizations, so as to continuously stimulate the vitality of ruralcommunities, promote healthy governance in rural areas, to richfarmer’s material and cultural life.
