At present time, most of the letters and visits at colleges/universities are planned as a whole and managed by the university Party Office or President’s Office, where the office members are responsible apart from their original work. The source of the letters and visits can be classified into letters, telephone calls, visits, emails and other emerging methods. Basically all the colleges/universities have made their own working principles according to their conditions, and made them routinized. But the work of letters and visits in the colleges/universities has not exerted the efficiency what it should. Problems are existing, like incomplete mechanism, negative online influence, great responsibility but lower rights and etc. These lead to not in time discoveries of interior problems and conflicts and difficult solution to the letters and visits.There are three major key reasons that caused the frequent problems on letters and visits work, they are,1. late development and lack of experience,2. the source of it being from benefit conflicts,3. the inducement being due to the factors of the main bodies of the letters and visits.The colleges and universities should take the experience of the letters and visits work in the government for reference and gradually construct a pattern of huge letters and visits. Setting up and making a complete mechanism of letters and visits, keeping well informed at each ring of it, sticking to the principles of being lawful, fair and reasonable, constructing a professional and high quality team, putting the service idea into teaching, management and other work, only by so can the problems be found in time and solved and make a better environment for a sustainable development of a college or university. |
