| As a fundamental right of citizens, freedom of speech has been enshrined in ourParent Law "Constitution". With the evolution of human history, the continuousdevelopment of material and spiritual civilization, the importance of the freedom ofexpression has increasingly being recognized. Today, the rights of citizens to freedomof expression have irreplaceable status and play an important role in the social life.After the1990s, network with its own unique mode of action has provided a broaderspace for free speech with the rapid development of Internet technology,and began toinfluence the manner of speech and the process of social development gradually.On the one hand, network provides a convenience for citizens to exercisefreedom of speech, but at the same time, it also brings many problems to society, forexample, network is often exploited to violated the privacy of citizens, the country’spublic order and morals by the people with ulterior motives. This time, the countryneeds a legal to regulate free network speech of citizens in order to ensure that thepeople have a stability and unity living environment, so this article will have apresence.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the concept, characteristics and functional value offreedom of net work expression.The second part introduces the status of freedom of expression. Thoughregulation networks in developed countries, and for the legal regulation of freedom ofspeech problems were analyzed further pointed out the lack of freedom of speech onstage in terms of legal regulation.The third part is the stage for how to improve the legal regulation problems ofour network of free speech. I made a personal recommendation. First of all, we shouldimprove our legislation, and secondly,we should strengthen the judiciary accountableoperability, and finally we should improve the self-regulation of networking industry.Through a series of measures that we will take, free speech truly become a tool of therule of law. |
